We are a typical Italian osteria-pinseria. Using only the freshest seasonal ingredients, we offer various recipes of the traditional Italian cuisine along with the characteristic Pinsa Romana with its typical oval shape. Pinsa is crispy, fluffy, light and very easy to digest.
